To maximize the impact of UBO ENT's services, we recommend the development of a professional Electronic Press Kit (EPK) for musical talent or Electronic Media Kit (e-media kit) for artists and businesses (or for musical talent who also have other talents or entrepreneurialism. This digital resume will serve as a central resource showcasing your work, project(s) and brand(s).
The proposed services include the creation of a tailored EPK that has all of the assets needed to obtain and execute a strategic press outreach, securing of advantageous media placements. This involves media and press negotiation and communication, managing interviews and ensuring that UBO ENT's narrative reaches a broader audience. Furthermore, collaboration on the development of new press releases for upcoming events will be a key component of the service.

Press Release
One professionally written press release per campaign (typically 3-6 months). Minor updates (such as a new single or accomplishment, news) can be added to a press release during a campaign (included); however, a completely new press release for a new campaign about a completely different subject or unrelated project will be a separate service. This press release will form the basis of email publicity campaigns.

Media Press Campaigns
$200 per month: 3-4 interviews/placements. $300 per month: 5-6 interviews/placements. $400 per month: 7-8 interviews/placements. Same rate applies when campaigning for other purposes such as distribution leads, sponsorships, collabs, partnerships, tours and events. Except when hiring UBO ENT to help book and coordinate your event, a separate discussion will be held regarding a commission (typically 10-20%). 3-month or 6-month contract options.

Marketing Services
$200 Per Month - Creating and sharing 4 major posts per month across relevant online groups and platforms. Updating your Facebook Business Suite page (not creating it). Online advertising and marketing of your services, events, sales and PR materials. Post engagement and community management. Monitoring and responding to messages within the Business Suite. Utilize this service when needed, try it for one month or sign a 3 or 6-month contract for continual support.
Social Media Mgr.
$300 Initial Setup (New Facebook Business Suite): Includes ensuring all areas of your social media profiles are complete and optimized. The Facebook Business Suite offers valuable tools for businesses, including scheduled posts and a section to display service rates. This setup service can also be applied to Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok and other platforms. Monthly Management (Existing Setup): After the initial month of set up, your rate drops to $250. Includes services such as posting engagement, checking messages, and maintaining the Facebook Business Suite. Lower Rate to be Assessed for Monthly Management

Music Licensing
$125 Music Licensing Acquisition Initiative. Concurrent with the PR campaign, we will leverage your EPK and promotional materials to identify and pursue music licensing opportunities. This will involve: Utilizing paid music licensing platforms to research and target potential placements in film, television, advertising and other media. Submitting your music for consideration on these platforms. Utilize this service when needed, this is not a monthly contracted service
Monthly Campaign
Music Playlist
$125 Per Month - Operating alongside the PR campaign, this initiative will focus on securing placements for your music on relevant digital playlists. This includes: Identifying and outreach to free music playlist websites. Proactively seeking playlist opportunities arising from the exposure generated by the PR campaign (terrestrial radio, podcasts, streaming video, digital radio). Utilize this service when needed, this is not a monthly contracted service
% Commission Per Event
Event Services
We offer three tiers of event services (minimum three-month commitment to organize one event or event series): Tier 1: $200 per event (20% commission) Tier 2: $300 per event (10% commission) Tier 3: $400 per event (0% commission) All of these tiers include event organizing (venue, (other) performers, sponsors/vendors, pro-flyer, social media marketing, event press release and localized-based campaign). In addition, we invite the press, add events to any media/press calendars, attempt to get write ups, write event itinerary and any contracts (vendor, performers, venue, etc). The only difference is your budget and what you can afford to pay per month vs. allowances for any monies made at the event. If no monies are to be made, you can only choose Tier 1.

Wikipedia Creation
$600 - This service includes: Thorough research and fact-checking. Proper hyperlinking to reliable sources. Writing, editing, and publishing the initial Wikipedia page in compliance with Wikipedia's guidelines. Note: Updates to existing Wikipedia pages will require an individual assessment to determine a new, lower rate. Wiki pages take at least 3 months to complete (editing, fact-checking, guidelines) and clients can choose to make 1-3 payments throughout the three month period.

This includes still photography for capturing timeless moments, action and sports photography to document dynamic events and wedding and event photography to preserve special occasions. Rebecca also excels in publicity and professional business photography for promotional purposes and creative directed photo shoots to bring unique visions to life.
Dance and Recording Studios and Spaces
For dance and recording studios and versatile event spaces, Ana Maria Perales at A.M.P.E.D. Studios ([Link to their website or contact info, if possible]) is a valuable connection. She offers dance coaching in various styles for individuals and groups. Beyond dance, her studio provides adaptable space suitable for dance, acting rehearsals, filming projects, photography sessions and diverse classes such as Yoga and Hip Hop.
